Given the unique appeal of Alegría, and with spacious two-bedroom, two and a half bath residences starting as low as $295,000, we expect demand to be very strong. For this reason, the initial offering of the first 50 residences will be made at a one-time-only sales event to be held in Costa Rica June 12th – 15th of 2008.

To attend this one-time-only Founders Event, you must register as a Reservation Holder. Your priority selection status will be determined when you secure your reservation with a fully refundable deposit. Simply call 1__________, and a Sales Associate will explain the process and answer any questions you may have.

Now is also the time to book your flight and take advantage of a special lodging package available only to Reservation Holders. March is a beautiful time to visit Costa Rica, however, finding a hotel room during peak season can be a real challenge. To assist you with your travel arrangements, we have secured just 50 rooms at the spectacular Paradisus Playa Conchal. We fully expect the Founders Event to be oversubscribed, so please make your reservation early to take advantage of special room rates.

Regardless of the hotel you choose, if you decide to purchase at the Founders Event, you will receive a generous $2500 travel and lodging reimbursement.

As a Founder, you will also enjoy priority selection status on all future offerings at Alegría. Additionally, you will receive membership privileges in the Patrons Society for the Alegría Center for the Arts.
