The Proof is in the Permits

Plans and conceptual renderings can be very enticing, and for most developers, these tend to evolve as actual construction approaches. Generally, this is a good thing as most changes reflect improvements and innovative ideas that benefit homeowners. However, buyers need to beware of “paper projects,” those developments that may have gone so far as to clear land, but in some cases have not even begun the long and sometimes arduous permitting process.

Alegria is pleased to announce that the following permits have been officially obtained:

  • Water permit
  • SETENA (Environmental Technical Secretariat): Environmental permit
  • MINAE (Environment and Energy Ministry): Environmental permit
  • INVU (Home and Urbanism National Institute): Urban Planning permit
