Gemini Resorts Management was chosen to provide onsite property management services at Alegria by virtue of its successful track record for managing high-end resort properties. Gemini Resorts Management was founded in 2006 as a joint venture of American Hospitality, Inc., a full-service resort condominium and hotel management company based in Vail, Colorado, and KSL Resorts based in La Quinta, California. Gemini provides property management services for a variety of high-end clients including Vail Mountain Lodge, Lodge Tower and Solaris, all in Vail, Colorado.

Homeowners at Alegria who wish to earn rental income from their residences, may do so under Gemini’s expert management. Additionally, residents can rest assured that all common areas, landscaping, maintenance and repairs will be attended to promptly, with both quality and cost efficiency in mind.

Gemini will work directly with the Homeowners Association to provide accountability and transparency with regard to services and costs. It is anticipated that monthly homeowner dues will be comparable to other resort communities in the area.
