Gemini Resorts Management: Alegria’s onsite property management company was founded in 2006 as a joint venture of American Hospitality, Inc., a full-service resort condominium and hotel management and development company based in Vail, Colorado, and KSL Resorts based in La Quinta, California. Gemini will oversee all resort hospitality services at Alegria, making the lifestyle experience for owners and guests second to none.
